Speed2Seed Manila

Transform your healthtech idea into a fundable venture in 14 weeks

Cohort 1: March 14-June 20, 2026

Cohort 1 Focus: Healthcare

Why Manila for HealthTech Innovation

The Philippine healthtech innovation space is at a pivotal moment in history. After years of building world-class technology talent and watching startups emerge in every sector, healthcare technology remains surprisingly underdeveloped—not a sign of market failure, but of extraordinary opportunity.

The convergence of technical talent, available capital, and urgent need creates unusual possibility. But converting that possibility into sustainable ventures requires systematic approaches that traditional healthcare innovation often lacks.

Speed2Seed’s program—combining rigorous customer validation with rapid technical prototyping—is particularly suited to help the Philippine healthtech space grow. Solutions can reach paying customers within weeks, validate product-market fit through systematic customer development, and iterate based on real-world feedback from actual healthcare settings.

Seed Demo Day occurs at Week 14, where founders present 5-minute pitches with live product demos, early metrics, and financial projections to venture capital firms, targeting $500K-$3M seed rounds with success criteria of $100K+ ARR, 25+ paying customers, and 40+ NPS score.

What Makes Speed2Seed Manila Different

Speed2Seed is not your typical accelerator - we make sure you have a production-grade software that you could go to market with

New Approach

to Acceleration

Traditional accelerators offer mentorship & networking but leave validation & development to you.

Speed2Seed combines proven frameworks with rapid technical execution—you’ll have a working prototype by Week 2, production MVP by Week 6, and two funding milestones instead of one.

Better than

Doing it Alone

Going it alone means months of learning, expensive mistakes, and lonely decisions.

Speed2Seed compresses your journey to 14 weeks with 4-week build time for Version 1, built-in compliance, expert advisors matched to your challenges, and warm access to 25-30 committed investors per cohort.

Compliance

Readiness

We specialize where regulatory complexity kills most startups: healthcare and finance.

HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance are embedded from the start, domain expertise begins on Day 2, our investors understand these markets, and compliance checkpoints catch issues before they become costly.

Technology

Focus

Speed2Seed works for software platforms validated quickly—SaaS, marketplaces, telemedicine, payments.

We’re not right for novel algorithms, medical devices, blockchain protocols, or lengthy R&D. Our methodology assumes standard web/mobile tech, rapid customer testing, and quick iteration cycles.

We’ll need you to dedicate time to focus on your startup for the entire 14 weeks, especially the first and last 2 weeks. This is critical for your success in the program.

Specific Problem

Your entry to the program requires having a specific problem in mind. For example: “I see this broken process daily in my profession and know exactly how to fix it.”

Demo Day Ready

You must be committed to presenting at Week 2 Angel Demo Day and Week 14 VC Demo Day. This also means you need to be ready to raise capital and scale fast.
