Build a Startup

Portfolio

You’re already working to support innovation and entrepreneurship in your region or sector. Speed2Seed gives you a proven system to multiply your impact.

What partnership means:

Accelerators & Innovation Hubs: You provide mentorship and community—we add systematic validation and technical execution. Together, we increase founder success rates.

Government Agencies: You have mandates for innovation and economic development—we provide measurable outcomes and structured programmes that demonstrate ROI on public investment.

Industry Associations: You represent the sectors being disrupted—we help ensure innovation comes from practitioners who understand your industry’s realities, not outsiders guessing.

The startup failure rate is 90% within 3 years. We’re changing that through systematic, evidence-based methods. Your partnership makes this possible.

Leverage Your

Own Experience

HealthTech and FinTech aren’t just high-growth sectors—they’re solving society’s most pressing challenges.

Why this matters:

• Healthcare: Access, affordability, quality, chronic disease management, rural care, elderly populations

• Finance: Financial inclusion, SME capital access, payment efficiency, wealth building for underserved communities

Industry practitioners (doctors, nurses, bankers, insurance professionals) see these problems daily. Speed2Seed gives them the infrastructure to build solutions.

As a program partner, you’re not just supporting startups—you’re enabling solutions to problems affecting millions of people.

Flexible, Time-Bound Commitment

Speed2Seed is launching in 20+ cities globally. Early programme partners become part of a worldwide network.

What this creates:

Cross-city collaboration: Share learnings, co-host events, refer founders and investors across regions

Ecosystem leadership: Position your organization at the centre of HealthTech/FinTech innovation in your city

Lasting relationships: Connections with founders, investors, mentors, and fellow ecosystem builders that extend far beyond individual cohorts

Frequently-Asked Questions

Program Partner

What does program partnership cost?

Nothing. There are no fees to become a Speed2Seed program partner. Partnership is based on mutual support and ecosystem building. The only “cost” is time invested in co-promotion and engagement based on your partnership tier.

Exception: Venue/Event Sponsors provide in-kind support (venue space, food, etc.) and receive additional recognition and benefits in return.

How is Speed2Seed funded? Why are program partnerships so important?

Speed2Seed is a volunteer-operated initiative backed by Xamun.AI. The team receives no salary and operates without programme revenue. We don’t take equity stakes or charge program fees. This makes program partnerships essential—partners provide the critical infrastructure (venue, marketing reach, network access, event support) that makes Speed2Seed possible. Without program partners, Speed2Seed cannot operate. Your partnership isn’t just supporting startups—it’s making the entire programme exist.

This model keeps Speed2Seed founder-friendly (no program fees, no mandatory equity to Speed2Seed) whilst building a collaborative ecosystem where everyone contributes to collective success.

Is this exclusive? Can you partner with multiple organizations in our city?

Non-exclusive. Speed2Seed welcomes multiple program partners in each city and sector. Diverse partnerships strengthen the ecosystem—we’re building a village, not competing for exclusivity.

We’re not in a city where Speed2Seed currently operates. Can we still partner?

Yes! If your organization operates in a city where Speed2Seed is launching or planning to launch, we’d love to discuss program partnership. You might even help us establish Speed2Seed in your market.

Our organization doesn’t fit the “priority” partner types. Can we still apply?

Absolutely. If you support startups, innovation, or entrepreneurship—particularly in HealthTech or FinTech—we’re open to exploring partnership. Diverse perspectives strengthen the ecosystem.

Large enterprises that want to run a “private” version of Speed2Seed are also welcome - simply book a meeting so we can discuss further.

Can we invest in Speed2Seed startups?

Yes, if you have an investment arm or individuals in your organization who angel invest or participate through VC funds. Program partnership doesn’t grant special investment rights, but partners are welcome to attend Demo Days and invest like any other investor.

Can we recruit Speed2Seed startups for our own programs?

Yes, after Speed2Seed completes. Many accelerators partner with Speed2Seed to access validated startups for their later-stage programmes. This is encouraged—we’re all working to support founder success.

What if we want to offer services (legal, accounting, co-working space) to startups?

Perfect! Program Partners can showcase services at Demo Days and connect directly with founders. Many startups need professional services, and founder-friendly partners are valuable to the ecosystem.

How much time does partnership require?

Generally, minimal. The core requirement from Program Partners is co-promotion of Speed2Seed through your own communication channels. Attendance in Demo Days, as well as speaking engagements, are optional - it’s up to your organization if you want to avail of these perks.

For venue sponsors, event-specific preparation and support are needed, and other kinds of sponsors (like food, etc.) will require a bit of coordination with the Speed2Seed team.

Do we get to choose which startups we work with?

Yes. Partnership provides access and visibility, but you choose which startups (if any) you want to work with directly—whether for investment, services, recruitment, or partnerships.

Can we end partnership if it’s not working for our organization?

Yes. Partnership agreements are typically 1-year terms, renewable. If partnership isn’t delivering value for either party, we can part ways amicably. Speed2Seed’s goal is mutually beneficial relationships, not forced commitments.

How do we measure partnership success?

Together, we can define success metrics based on your goals:

Brand objectives: Impressions, reach, media mentions

Pipeline objectives: Number of startups engaged, partnerships formed, investments made

Network objectives: Connections made, ecosystem events attended, collaborations launched
